ACOUSTIC SILENCER FOR FANS, ACOUSTIC SILENCER FOR SOUND-PROOFING VENTILATION, RECTANGULAR VENTILATION SILENCER

THE SVR SILENCERS (RECTANGULAR VENTILATION SILENCER), COMMONLY USED IN VENTILATION AND AIR CONDITIONING INSTALLATIONS, ARE OF THE DIRECT PASSAGE AND ABSORPTION TYPE.

The installation of rectangular ventilation silencers can be done in different ways:

  • A complete silencer, with its body and all the sound-absorbing panels that make up the whole.
  • They can be installed as independent plates in a sheet metal stud or in a pre-existing conduit in civil works.

This type of silencer can be used both for the air outlet and the air intake independently, as long as the limit of 500 Pa of pressure and 100ºC of temperature is not exceeded. The acoustic silencers can have a perforated sheet with absorbent material inside. The rectangular vent silencer can be designed with different options.

Ventilation cabins for 84,000 m3 / h were assembled, made up of the following elements:

  • SVR 280x220x125 Vent Silencers.
  • It has 48 helical fans of diameter 800 (4 for each cabin).
  • Rail type I type filters, with a G-3 quality filter mat with a filtration capacity of 85%.
  • Overpressure blinds (4 for each cabin).

For the air outlet, twelve (12) rectangular silencers were supplied.

EVACUATION FANS

Helical fans with a diameter of 900 were installed.

A sound pressure level of 70 dB (A) was guaranteed at 1 m distance.

CONSTRUCTION CHARACTERISTICS

The standard execution was made of galvanized sheet steel, the sound-absorbing material is rot-proof, non-hygroscopic and non-combustible (class “0” reaction to fire) and has a surface treatment to prevent defibrillation. On request they can be made of pre-lacquered sheet metal, stainless steel or aluminum, likewise, they can be finished with different painting cycles.
